Mysterious Lady Presence
Living in New Zealand practically all my life I had never encountered any
paranormal experience. Although six - seven years
(1998-1999) back to the timeframe of this
date (2005) I know I had a experience which did actually make me consider the
supernatural.
I live in Auckland which is a great tourist attraction
site for New Zealand as it has certain sites such as the construction of the Sky
tower - a casino for general mature audiences and other great tourist and
resident's leisure activities such as restaurants built inside the construction.
Not being resided around the city location though I would say my residence is
based more in the remote areas of Auckland more consistent in the southern
region. With my age being of 19 at present I recall an unexplainable event I had
witnessed at the approximate age of 12 one certain evening.
Based at the high school near my house me and a few friends from my past were
located at the site making use of the basketball courts. After a few cigarettes
as certain teenagers influence in their early adolescence we decided to make
tracks back to our houses. Walking amongst one of my friend's we reached a
sidetracking route around the backstreets located off the school's premises
where we separated individually taking our own routes to where we lived. I
remember I had to turn left into where the streets sidetracked into a specific
street which went downhill and was more straight towards the centre then
constructed uphill which I had to manage towards to get to where I was heading.
Recalling the time I would say it was approximately between the hours of five -
six with the clouds and atmosphere setting into nightfall at a darkening state.
Adjusting to my surroundings I noticed all the streetlights posted remained off
and made my way downhill towards the center of the street where I remember no
other persons could be made out as for being sighted with my vision. Reaching
the center and being positioned on the left side of the road I set my focus to
my right side. The street had a lot of houses though the particular area I was
focusing on differed from the rest of the landscape.
The setting of big dark structured trees growing from tall wild like grass and a
dividend of the landscape visible with a creek with certain prohibition signs
were in my focus to the right. If witnessing or accessing this area now I can
recall the construction of a children's playground being built though back at
the specific time frame it did not really look like the surrounding's for any
accessibility for an enjoyable time. Walking along the center I kept my focus to
this area then the unexplainable caught my attention. Positioned further back in
the wild grass like surroundings presumably near the dividend where the creek
was situated was a presence of a lady. I adjusted my eyesight and concentrated
on the lady's description as I really did not know what was the cause for her to
be around that certain area at the midst of evening to nightfall.
She was
dressed completely in black with dressing descriptive as the type of a nun's -
saying this I meant as of her having a shawl like feature or hooded feature over
her head consisting into a long dress. I also noticed white stranded hair from
under her shawl though facial features were not presentable as I could not make
out any visible part of her face. Still unaware of what a lady was doing in
those surroundings and the paranoia from whether my mind was playing tricks on
me or not I decided to call out to her The presence now seemed located more
closer towards me then to where she was firstly situated. I realized she was
moving towards me. Briefly not having descriptive facial features my conscience
made me set my views to the lower portion of this figure and what I saw made me
aware this was not any person I had called out to. Moving towards me from the
dark wild surroundings was the figure of a mysterious lady with no legs. She was
practically gliding amongst the wild like grass features nothing comparison to
an actual human's state of movement. Realizing I was not in the presence of
anything other then the unexplainable I did not intend to stay around to see the
outcome of the situation.
Making way towards the uphill section of the street I was relieved to be around
the presence of another person as I noticed someone smoking outside their
residence, with the cigarette being the first visible light in the confrontation
of the area. Not wanting to further investigate what I had possibly encountered
I set out for my place trying not to look back. With the occurrence over I
remember always having a paranoid effect as to whatever I invested my time into
at my house. Always having the paranoia of looking around to see the presence of
that lady. Imagining or feeling uncertainty that she was in my surroundings and
not wanting to make her visible to my eyesight again. In time these paranoid
effects cleared though the memory remains.
