People
have asked me why I would want to create a website on this topic.
Well, I've always been an intensely curious person; one who wants to know
excruciating details about things. Having had brushes with the
paranormal all my life, I wanted to know what other people have experienced. Where did it happen? When did it happen? Who
else was with you? What did you see, hear, feel, do?
What do you think it was? Did it follow you? Have
other things happened? On and on and on...
But
quite often, when I try to discuss these things face to face, I'm usually
disappointed. Either the people I'm trying to talk to haven't
experienced anything similar, (or they deny it) or they've experienced things
they couldn't explain which for them are too frightening to investigate or
pursue. Or they're complete skeptics who want to argue, rather than
explore. I'm tired of arguing, to be honest. I just
want to KNOW. I want to believe...and I'm quite certain I'm not
the only one out there who feels this way...
This
website isn't possible without the contributions of others. I invite you
to browse around, read the Tales, then go to the
Submission Rules page for story submission requirements. Then, write
out your story and send it in. The odds are that you will see it here,
on this site, for all the world to read. And maybe...just maybe, you'll
read a tale from another who had an eerily similar experience to yours...
